This is where we really excel, by putting our years of experience in property management to its full use. Unlike a lot of other agents our properties are managed from within our branches, by a dedicated property manager, the same property manager who undertakes the inspections and organises the maintenance, thus ensuring a well developed knowledge of your property, so that it can be cared for with acute attention to detail.

Successful property management is identifying potential problems before they exist, preventative maintenance, which is carried out during our property inspections.

All of our contractors have been referenced and provide an honest and trusted service; they carry the necessary indemnity insurances and come with our full recommendation. All property maintenance is agreed with our landlords before contractors are instructed. Only in an emergency situation where the landlord cannot be contacted will we instruct for urgent repairs.

Our management service can be elected independently or combined with our letting service.

Our property management service includes:

  • Monthly payment of fees
  • Monthly rental collection
  • Monthly BACS payment direct to your nominated account

  • Regular property inspections comprising photos and written reports for feedback including any recommendations
  • Dealing with the tenants regarding any issues during the tenancy

  • Ensuring full compliance of all safety regulations
  • Ongoing advice for the duration of the tenancy
